【保存方式】 冷藏室,冷凍則於-18C

 

【料理方式】

1.     從冷凍庫取出,室溫退冰15分鐘(單片)/ 30分鐘(整顆),即可食用。

2.     微波:1分鐘(單片)/ 5-7分鐘(整顆)

烤箱:預熱攝氏180度,加熱約3分鐘(單片)/ 10分鐘(整顆)
